Thank you for your support.
Compared to other pool vacuums, Degrii Zima Pro is the world’s first intelligent cordless pool cleaner with ultrasonic radars, which enables it to plan a path before cleaning. You never have to worry about missing out on any corners of your pool. Moreover, there are few pool vacuums in the market with a smart mobile application. But Degrii Zima Pro does. You can view the process of cleaning in real time and control the Degrii Zima Pro via a simple click. What’s more, Degrii Zima Pro can not only clean your pool, but help purify the water in the pool while other pool vacuums only can clean the pool. Besides, the auto-parking & lift functions of Degrii Zima Pro allow you to get it out from the pool easily, and it has competitive movement speed and longer battery life compared to most other pool vacuums on the market.
Degrii Zima Pro has 4 cleaning modes, which respectively are floor mode (only clean the bottom of the pool), wall mode (only clean the walls of the pool), overall mode (clean both walls and bottom of the pool), and manual mode (can control the Degrii Zima Pro to clean any area of the pool). You can choose the mode according to your needs through the App or via a button in the floating battery.
Degrii Zima Pro has a 10000mAh large battery capacity, allowing it to work longer and clean a larger pool. For floor mode, the battery life can last up to 3.5h; for Wall mode, the battery life can last up to 2.5h, and for overall mode, the battery life can last up to 3h on a single charge with up to 5000 ft² coverage.
Of course not. In the process of cleaning, once Degrii Zima Pro met obstacles like big stones in the pool, it will automatically avoid them and continue to clean. When it comes to a smaller obstacle, Degrii Zima Pro will go over it and continue to clean. If there is a slope in the pool, Degrii Zima Pro can still move steadily and clean the slope smoothly instead of shutting itself down.
Yes. As the industry’s first robotic pool cleaner to implement ultrasonic radar, Degrii Zima Pro will automatically set a suitable route according to the shape of your pool. Then Degrii Zima Pro will follow the route to clean the pool without repeating the path, which can help improve the battery life and cleaning efficiency. You don’t have to worry about missing out on any corners of your pool.
Degrii Zima Pro is not only suitable for in-ground pool, above-ground pool, but also suitable for pools with different shapes, such as round pool, rectangular pool, irregular pools, pools with steps inside. Additionally, it can effectively handle different pool surfaces, no matter it is vinyl-lined pool, fiberglass, or plaster-coated concrete pool. The suitable pool water depth is between 2 feet and 11 feet.
Degrii Zima Pro's cordless design means that it is battery-powered and does not need to be plugged in when cleaning. Degrii Zima Pro doesn't have long cords or long tube. The cord you see in the picture is a short cord that connects the main machine and the floating battery, which also serves as the antenna for WiFi/Bluetooth. We made this design to reduce the weight of the main machine to save energy. It also provides real-time connectivity for remote control, status monitoring, self learning and firmware updates.
Device Network
The steps on the PC side are as follows:
1. Click the network icon in the bottom right corner of the system desktop.
2. Click [Network and Internet Settings] in the pop-up box.
3. Click WLAN on the left-hand side.
4. Click [Hardware Properties] under [WLAN].
5. Then you will see information about network band.
Android:
Different brands of Android phones are different. Take Huawei mobile phone as an example. You can click on the connected Wi-Fi name in the Wi-Fi list, and the corresponding information will be displayed, including the frequency.
iOS:
1. Download the AirPort tool in the App Store
2. Turn on the Wi-Fi Scanner in "Settings - Airport Tools"
3. Open the App and click on “Wi-Fi Scan” in the upper right corner. Channel 1-13 band is 2.4G, and larger than 13 is 5G.
Note: How to configure separate Wi-Fi SSIDs for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands?
Dear user, please troubleshoot in the following ways:
1. Please check whether the device is normally powered on, the device may have been powered off due to poor contact or other reasons.
2. Whether the device has been powered off or off the network, if the link is disconnected, there is a process to go back online. Please confirm whether it is online after 2 minutes. Not all devices support the power-off memory function, so the device will be offline after power-off.
3. Please make sure that your network is strong and stable. Troubleshooting method: Use the network speed test App to test the upload and download speed of your 2.4 Ghz network. Please switch your mobile network from 5Ghz to 2.4GHz, and upload ≥ 2 MB/s, download ≥ 2 MB/s, upload ≥ 16 Mbps, download ≥ 16 Mbps.
4. Please confirm whether your Wi-Fi SSID, password, router and ISP have been changed. If so, you should reset the device and add it again.
5. If the network is normal but the device is still offline, please confirm whether there are too many devices connected to the router. Due to the low bandwidth characteristics of the 2.4 Ghz network, it is easy to go offline when there are more than 7 online devices on the 2.4 Ghz network. You can try to restart the router, power off the device and power it on again, and then wait for 2-3 minutes to see if the device can restore the connection.
6. To check whether the firmware is the latest version, check the path on the App side: Home page—click the device icon—click the button in the upper right corner—go to device info—check for updates.
7. You can try to connect to the device using the mobile hotspot to check whether the device is often offline due to network problems. If the device still frequently drops or automatically resets, it may be that there is a problem with the hardware of your device, please contact the seller to carry out after-sales processing.
Please troubleshoot in the following ways:
1. Please check whether the device is normally powered on or whether the battery has sufficient power. The device may have been powered off for possible reasons.
2. Please check whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on. The Android mobile phone must also open the location permission of the App, otherwise the Bluetooth device in the App will be offline.
3. Whether the mobile phone is too far away from the Bluetooth device. If the mobile phone is directly connected to the Bluetooth device without using the Bluetooth gateway, the distance should not exceed 3 meters.
4. Another person has logged into your App account to control the Bluetooth device. Without using the Bluetooth gateway, the Bluetooth device cannot be shared and can only be controlled by one mobile phone. For example, two mobile phones log into the same App account. When one mobile phone is controlling the device, the app of the other mobile phone will show that the Bluetooth device is offline.
5. The device is too far away from the Bluetooth gateway or the gateway is offline. When the gateway is connected, the distance between the Bluetooth gateway and the Bluetooth device should not exceed 3 meters.
6. Check whether the firmware is the latest version, the App side check path: Home page—click the device icon—click the upper right button-check for updates.

If your device is offline for a long time, you can only manually reset the device to pairing mode, and then manually add the device again. The function of remotely resetting the device is not supported.
If your device is offline for a long time, you can only manually reset the device to pairing mode, and then manually add the device again. If your device is always offline, please check the following:
1. Check whether the router is powered off or disconnected from the network. If so, the router will take some time to recover. Wait for two minutes and then check whether your device is online.
2. Check whether the router has been replaced, or the Wi-Fi name or password has been changed. If so, remove your device and then add it to the network again.
3. Please confirm whether the device has just updated the firmware. The device will be disconnected from the network when the firmware is updated, and will automatically connect to the network after the update is completed. However, if your network is unstable, it will appear that you cannot connect after the firmware update is complete. The device needs to be removed and added again.
4. The Wi-Fi signal of the device is too poor (for example: there are several walls separated from the router; the device is surrounded by a metal shell or there are metal objects nearby; nearby high-power appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators interfere).
5. The location of the device is too far away from the router. Ensure that your device is not more than 10 meters away from the router to ensure stable connection.
6. Check whether the firmware is the latest version. To check this on the App, choose Home—tap device icon—click the top right button—go to Device Info—check for device update.
7. If the device goes offline after a period of use but returns to normal after restarting the router, it indicates that the router is overloaded. You need to replace it with a more powerful one or reduce the number of devices connected to the router. Due to the low bandwidth characteristics of the 2.4 GHz network, it is easy to go offline when there are more than 7 online devices on the 2.4 GHz network.
8. You can also use a phone hotspot to check whether there is a problem with the network.
If your device still fails to connect to the network after the preceding steps, place your device in a network environment with strong and stable signals and connect it to the network again.
If your device still fails to connect to the network after the preceding steps, place your device in a network environment with strong and stable signals and connect it to the network again.
If your device or its indicator light keeps flashing for no reason, please troubleshoot as follows:
1. Please confirm whether you have removed the device from the App. Some devices will automatically enter pairing mode after being deleted. If the device or device indicator flashes continuously, it means that the device has entered pairing mode.
2. Please confirm whether you have frequently opened and closed the device in a short period of time, or accidentally long-pressed the power button of the device. Due to the operations above, some devices will be reset to pairing mode, which causes the device or device indicator flashing constantly.
Firstly, you need to make sure that you are connected to a 2.4GHz network. If you are not sure what your network is, you can follow this:
If your router supports both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, but only one Wi-Fi name is displayed on the Wi-Fi search page of your mobile phone, perform these steps:
1. Go to the wireless page of the router. (The entry address is usually provided on the label attached to the back of the router).
2. Go to the 2.4 GHz setting page, and set the Wi-Fi name (SSID) to XXX—2.4G, where xxx indicates the Wi-Fi name. Save setting.
3. Go to the 5 GHz setting page, and set the Wi-Fi name (SSID) to XXX—5G, where xxx indicates the Wi-Fi name. Save setting.
When the preceding settings are complete, the new Wi-Fi names will appear on the Wi-Fi settings page of your mobile phone.
Note: After the Wi-Fi names are changed, you need to reconnect the devices that use this wireless router. The password remains the same if it has not been changed.
It is recommended that you use the AP mode (the AP mode will automatically select the 2.4GHz network for connection), and then add it again. If you can connect to the device but have problems, you can provide us with the device ID. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Please check the following:
1. Pairing a Bluetooth device needs to be added in our App, not the Bluetooth-adding interface of the phone.
2. Make sure the Wi-Fi switch of your phone is on, and the router is working normally.
3. Your iPhone must be connected to the network when paring a Bluetooth device (because the Bluetooth device needs to be registered on the cloud server to be added successfully).
4. If you use an Android phone, you must open the App's location permission.
5. The device may have been added. It is recommended to reset the Bluetooth device and add it again.
6. Whether the distance between the Bluetooth gateway and the Bluetooth device is moderate (less than 3 meters), it is recommended to be as close as possible (if there is no Bluetooth gateway, you can skip it, just connect to the phone directly).
7. Check whether there are other users around using the Bluetooth device (the Bluetooth device can only be controlled and used by one user at the same time due to its characteristics, and it will be offline when other users are using it).
8. The Bluetooth device you added is not our product. Bluetooth devices have certain private protocols, so other brands of Bluetooth devices cannot be added to our App (even if they are added successfully, they cannot be controlled).
If all of the above conditions have been ruled out and your device still cannot connect to the internet, you can click the "Feedback Questions" button below to report your questions, and the feedback results can be viewed in "My Feedback" on the "My - FAQ and Feedback" page. Thank you for your support!

Some thermostats have both “Conventional” and “Heat Pump” modes, causing them to have two lines of terminal labels. Your system is only using one of these two modes. All you have to do is figure out which mode is currently in use and then use that set of labels for the compatibility checker.

If you don’t know what system that you have off-hand, no worries! Here are a few dead giveaways:
1. Try turning on the heat, then check if your outside condenser/air conditioning unit starts running. If it does, you have a heat pump system.
2. If turning on the heat doesn’t make your outside unit run, you’ll probably hear sounds coming from your basement, closet, or the ceiling when your heat is on. This would mean you have a conventional system.
3. Check out the labels on your condenser or indoor air handler for a model number or name. You can likely search this up to figure out what type of system you have.
4. Check your HVAC control board for the wire labels. The control board will most likely have only one set of labels which corresponds to either a heat pump or conventional unit.
Yes. By using the 24v power adapter, the Degrii Thermostat will be able to work with a 2-wire system.
You will need to remove the front cover of your old thermostat, then remove jumper wire if any. Follow the wire from the wall to the terminals of the control board where the wire is connected. Finally, label the wires based on the letter on its terminal accordingly. In this example, you would select Rh, G, Y, and C.
Please locate your control board, it will be near your HVAC system, usually in the basement. The HVAC control board is where the thermostat wires connect to your heating and cooling system. In most cases, the control board can be found at your furnace or air handler. If you have furnace you will need to open your system's cover.

The control board should look similar to the picture above. The control board has wires with the same colours and thickness as the wires at the thermostat side. You will also find labelings similar to those at the thermostat.
Yes, the Degrii Thermostat will reconnect with your Wi-Fi once it powers back on, and it will resume its mode and schedule.
If your device is offline for a long time, you can only manually reset the device to pairing mode, and then manually add the device again. The function of remotely resetting the device is not supported.
When a Heat Pump system is set up, the heat and cool stage can be configured in reverse. If you have Heat Pump system and your heating/cooling is reversed, swap them into the correct configuration in Settings -> Advanced -> Swap Heat and Cool.
NOTE: "Swap Heat and Cool" is not available for a conventional system (no O/B wire)
Yes, you can share the thermostat in your home with family members and friends by:
1. On the Degrii app home page, go to Home mangement in the upper left corner.

2. Select the home in which the devices you want to share are located, click Add Member and select the method of invitation.

No, the Degrii thermostat doesn't work with millivolt systems.
Yes, if you have a G-wire, then you can control the fan even if you have CWA installed. Check out fan options here:
The Degrii Thermostat has 2 fan control modes as shown below:
- Auto - This mode has a default fan cycle of 0 min/hr. The fan will only run during the heating or cooling stage and turns off immediately the heat turns off (without Coast to Cool activated).
The fan cycle can be configurable in Settings -> Advanced -> Fan Cycle. Cycle is configurable from 0min/hr to 30min/hr.NOTE: This is the minimum amount of time the fan will run each hour. The time the fan runs cooling stage heating stage also counts towards fan cycle time.
- On - The fan will run continuously.
In Fahrenheit it is 0 decimal places e.g., (70°F), and 1 decimal place in Celsius e.g., (23.5°C)
Yes, during the setup you can set this. It is called "Energize" in the Degrii app setup for dehumidifier.
Yes, the Degrii thermostat is able to work with up to 12 Degrii remote thermostats (sensors).
Yes. You can use your mobile internet hotspot to set up the thermostat if you do not have a working Wi-Fi.
If you want to reset the thermostat,
1. Press and hold the Menu button on the thermostat for 5s.
2. Select "y" by clicking the right button.

3. Click the Menu button to reset the thermostat.

The Wi-Fi indicator light will blink continuously after resetting the thermostat.
The minimum allowable temperature difference between heating and cooling is 5 degrees Fahrenheit (2.5 degrees Celsius). To set the Auto mode temperature:
1. Tap either the left button or right button on the thermostat main page to display the "Heat to" or "Cool to" setpoint temperatures respectively.
2. Tap the right or left to increase or decrease the temperature.
Did you follow the Degrii app installation instructions and is everything well connected but still no power? Power comes from the Rc and C terminal of your thermostat. Ensure that these two wires are well connected both on the thermostat and on the HVAC control board.
Usually, the thermostat screen shows "Degrii" during the first time installation. Also, when the thermostat is Factory Reset, the screen shows the Degrii logo. This is perfectly normal. All you need to do is open the Degrii app and set up the thermostat all over again (Add thermostat).
The heat and cool stages change based on two factors: the temp difference (set Temp - current temp), and run time, which depends on your system type. For a gas furnace, after the default run time of 35 mins, if the current temperature is not close to the set temperature, the system will move to the next stage.
Stage 1: 1 - 4 degrees from the set temp
Stage 2: 4 - 8 degrees from the set temp
No. You can not manually set the heating or cooling stage to be used by the system.

5. During the type of heating system selection, choose radiator or in-floor radiant
The emergency Heat can only be turned on manually by going to Settings -> Advanced. This option is only available if the User selects Emergency heat during the setup process. It has a max runtime of 30 mins.
If your heat doesn't turn off after reaching the set temperature, in other words, the room gets too hot - hotter than the set point temperature. Here are some things that could cause that problem:
1. The thermostat might have been configured wrongly. For instance, if the system is a conventional unit but you configure it as a heat pump. This could cause this to happen.
Verify the kind of system you are using (Heat pump or Conventional unit) and make sure that you wire the system correctly.
2. In some cases, the temperature will go up about 2 to 4 degrees higher than the set point temperature because the residual heat from the furnace causes the temperature in the room to raise till it dissipates, even after heating has stopped. Set the thermostat heating 2 to 3 degrees below the preferred set point if you realise this situation.
3. The thermostat or its wires have been damaged and are not reliably signaling the heating system primary controller. For example, an internal relay sticks and keeps heat on even after the thermostat has sent a signal to shutdown heating.
4. The thermostat is being blocked from properly sensing room heat. That could be due to movement of the warm air supply registers to a new, more distant location, or more often, due to furniture, drapes, or even dust that blocks the air inlet openings around the thermostat that allow it to sense room temperature. This results in the thermostat wrongly sensing the temperature in the room.
5. The thermostat is located on a cold outdoor wall or where cold air blows on it. If your thermostat was not moved and is on an interior wall and in a draft of cold air, this isn't likely to be the cause of the problem you describe.
Some of the reasons why the thermostat fuse will blow or emit smoke are:
1. The voltage from the C terminal of your control board is higher than 35 VAC. Currently, the Degrii thermostat only supports voltages lower than 35 VAC and as such voltages equal and above 35 VAC will cause the fuse to blow.
2. A short circuit between Rc and C on the thermostat will also cause the fuse of the furnace to blow. This is a rare case caused in the manufacturing process.
3. The fuse of the furnace will blow if you mistakenly connect the RC wire to the Rc terminal and the C wire to the Rh terminal. Always make sure you are connecting the right wires to the right terminals.
4. Surge in voltage or erratic power outage can also result in the thermostat fuse blowing.
Under normal circumstances, a well installed thermostat will not cause the furnace fuse to blow. However, this may happen only if there is a short circuit between any of the wires and C. For example, if the W1 wire and the C wire are touching each other, then there will be a short circuit whenever the thermostat calls for heat, resulting in the fuse of the furnace blowing. To resolve this, check your wirings to ensure that you do not have any exposed wires touching each other.
Your temperature settings or schedule may change if there is a switch between states. Any state change (Home, Away, Sleep) during a schedule will result in the schedule being canceled. The Home-Away-Sleep temperature is the basic temperature setting of the thermostat and so changing states (Home, Away or Sleep) during a schedule will cancel the schedule at that particular time.
Go to Settings --> Advanced --> Safety Temperature and then select None for both Min and Max safety temperatures. Save the change and go to the thermostat main page, and select off under MODE to turn off the thermostat.
Remote Thermostat FAQ
Degrii Remote Thermostat is a next-generation Smart Thermostat Sensor that detects both temperature and occupancy, and allows you to control the temperature in your room remotely without the use of the app.
They are built to supplement the temperature and occupancy control of the Degrii smart thermostat. Install them in your home for targeted comfort in the rooms that matter most (bedrooms, living room, etc.), and in rooms that get too hot or too cold for a more balanced temperature throughout the home.
There's no wrong way to use your Remote Thermostat.
Place it in a high-traffic room to detect occupancy to take advantage of Degrii Smart Features like Follow Me. They can be placed in areas that are either warmer or cooler than the rest of your home. Using the Remote Thermostat with your Degrii Smart thermostat can help you achieve a more balanced temperature throughout your home by minimizing hot or cold spots.
After pairing the remote thermostat with the Degrii smart thermostat, the Comfort State is set to both Home and Sleep by default. This is the State you will like the remote thermostat to participate in comfort control. For example, if you're putting a Remote Thermostat in your bedroom, but you don't spend a lot of time there when you're not sleeping, you can choose to have the bedroom Remote Thermostat only participate in the Sleep Comfort State. Doing so will ensure that your bedroom remains the temperature you like throughout the night. No more going to bed too hot or too cold!
In order to best detect occupancy changes, the best placement for a Remote Thermostat is about five feet off the ground in a location that's facing the entire room. Avoid locations that may have the sensor come into contact with any external factor that may influence its readings. These can include vents, fans, and direct sunlight.
Go to Degrii app thermostat home page > Click on the Remote Thermostat icon close to the Settings icon in the upper right corner.

On the Sensor list page, you will see the status of all the sensors you have available:

Ready to Pair
All remote thermostats that have not been paired yet are listed here. These devices can be paired to the Degrii smart thermostat by clicking on the discovered device to pair it. The maximum number of degrii remote thermostats that can be paired with the degrii smart thermostat is 12.
Active Thermostat
All devices participating in comfort control are listed here. The temperatures of these devices are averaged and used to provide optimal comfort for the home.
Inactive Thermostat
Devices that are not participating in comfort control are listed here. The temperatures of these devices are excluded and not averaged.
Offline
When the remote sensor is offline (probably because it is off), the room temperature and humidity appear blank as shown below.

To setup the Remote Thermostat:
1. Ensure that the Bluetooth icon on the screen is blinking. If the icon isn't blinking, follow the steps on how to factory reset the Remote Thermostat.
2. Go to Degrii app thermostat home page > Click on the Remote Thermostat icon close to the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
3. Click on the "+" button of the Remote Thermostat under the "Ready to Pair" list. If the device does not show in the list, follow step one above.]
4. Follow the setup instructions to set up your Remote Thermostat.
To manually include a Remote Thermostat that is not included in temperature averaging:
1. Click the down arrow to move the device to Inactive.

2. Click the up arrow to move the device to Active.

Note: If Auto Comfort is on, any manually not included sensor will be automatically included after 30 mins when occupancy is detected. Also, any manually included sensor will be automatically not included after 30 mins if occupancy is not detected.
No. Manually included or manually not included sensors remain unchanged when Auto Comfort is off.
To unpair a Remote Thermostat:
1. Press and hold the - and + buttons together for 5 secs. All icons will be displayed on the screen to show that the device has been unpaired.
2. Release the buttons and check the Bluetooth icon to confirm that the device has been unpaired.
When a sensor isn't participating, it still reports the temperature to the thermostat, but the reading isn't used to help determine the average home temperature.
When a sensor loses connection from a Degrii thermostat, it will appear under MAIN MENU > SENSORS on your thermostat and in the app as a hollow sensor with no signal waves and with "N/A" showing underneath.

A sensor could lose connection from your Degrii thermostat if:
- The battery is low.
- It’s too far from your Degrii (more than 17 feet).
- There’s interference from environmental factors (walls, or other devices broadcasting on the same frequency, such as a baby monitor, cordless phone, etc.).
Yes, the Degrii Remote Thermostat can be used as a standalone temperature and humidity monitor.
Note: However, the Degrii Remote Thermostat cannot be used to control your HVAC (Heat/Cool) unless it is paired with the Degrii Smart thermostat.
No, the Degrii Remote thermostat can be used to manually change the Smart Thermostat setpoint temperature but cannot be used to change settings like Mode, State, etc.
Press and hold the "-" and "+" buttons for 5 seconds to reset the Remote Thermostat. The Bluetooth icon on the screen will blink continuously when factory reset is completed.

Press the "-" button for 5 seconds to change the temperature unit.
