Degrii ship to the continental United States only and do not currently ship to the following U.S. territories or States including; Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Costs
*Free Shipping on ALL orders over $99.
Degrii is responsible for any international duties and taxes on your order. All costs collected during the transportation are the sole responsibility of Degrii.

Delivery Time
• 3-7 business days for the USA. The precise duration is contingent upon the transit time provided by the logistics service provider.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can also review shipping information of your order using this link by entering your tracking number.

For Pre-sale Products

1. The shipment date and estimated arrival time for pre-sale products are indicated on the product page. Generally, we will process and ship the order within 60 days after it is placed. For pre-sale furniture items, the shipping time may be longer. We will notify you of the specific shipping time and logistics information as soon as the product arrives.

2. After shipment, you will receive an email with logistics information. You can track your order using this information.

3. We will do our best to ensure that your product is safe and undamaged during transportation. If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after signing for the package.

4. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service team before shipment. If you need to change the address, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible before shipment.

5. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team before shipment. If you cancel the order after shipment, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

6. For any delays that occur during transportation, we will work with the logistics company to provide you with the best solution.

7. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by force majeure events such as weather, natural disasters, etc.
