New charger arrived in a couple days. Perfect fit same as original. I ordered online and paid thru shop with Apple Pay. It was fast and simple thanks Degrii team.

The charging power supply appears to have failed. The power brick now shows no indicator lights at all, and the robot will not charge, show light, or power on.I purchased directly from you this new power cord charger but the unit still does not power on. I emailed a few photos for your review but nobody has replied . here is my original robot purchase information: - Order Number: 114-3491986-4684212 - Purchase Date: October 14, 2024 - Purchased From: Amazon - Robot Serial Number: CZML08986716139742913 Please let me know if this issue is covered under the 2-yr. warranty and what the next steps are for repair or replacement. Also, can I request a refund or return for the second power cord I purchase recently, which did not fix the issue. If you need any additional information or documentation, I’d be happy to provide it. Charger is a nice replacement but paying $18 for shipping is too much. Shipping was about $6 short of what the charger cost. Cmon already with over charging
