Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and can not be transferred.
Any damage due to misuse, unauthorized repair, disassembly, or moisture entering the charging port will void the warranty.
A valid purchase order number or official record is required for warranty claims.

To initiate a refund or exchange, provide the product's serial number located under the floating battery platform. Contact your original dealer for warranty services; if unavailable, reach out to our customer service. Refunds for genuine transportation issues are processed within 2 business days post-inspection.
1.7 Shipping of Refunded Goods:
Upon approval, the address and contact information for the refunded goods will be provided after communication and application submission. Degrii bears freight costs for non-human caused product quality issues.

3.3 Defective items' serial numbers and visible proof of defects are required.
3.4 Return of items may be necessary for quality inspection.
4. Valid Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase includes the purchase order number, sales invoice, PayPal order number, sales receipt, or order information displaying date, product description, price, total amount, and valid seller's signature. Multiple proofs may be required for warranty claims.
5. Buyer-Covered Shipping Costs:
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in situations such as returning products for reasons other than proven defects, warranty claims outside the original country of purchase, accidental returns, returning personal items, or returning items claimed defective but found to be working normally.

7.1 Loss of data resulting from the use of Degrii products.
7.2 Returning personal items sent to Degrii. The buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
